Mazda USA – Owner’s Website

In order to build a long customer relationship, you must first create a customer dialogue. As VP/Senior Creative Director at Doner, DiJulio created new Owner Website for Client Mazda USA which provided owners with increased functionality and user-value. Owners were greeted with a color-accurate image of their Mazda vehicle on the home page and, within the site, could access owner manuals, service records, Mazda chat rooms, dealer messages and more. With the new site and a newly created Owner Welcome Kit, Mazda more than doubled it’s rate of new owner registrations and established new, on-going dialogues with thousands of Mazda owners.
